The functions, duties and powers of the Committee shall be as follows:
(a) Formulating a scheme of establishment,
(B) Formulating policies related to training and research programs to be conducted by the institute (c) To prepare the annual program and budget of the foundation and submit it to the council (d) Conducting research and training related programs and providing consulting services,
(e) Evaluating training programs conducted by the institute, conducting,
(f) To arrange for the periodic exchange of services of experienced people from different fields to make the training functional and practical,
(G) To do other work as specified.
